Clean @ Browns happens every few months and promises “live experimental electronica” and from what I can tell from the myspace pages this sounds very promising indeed. Please be aware that this is happening tonight at 8pm!

In response to a comment made within the www.createdinbirmingham.com blog, Klunk no longer requires registration to leave comments. I suspect this may open the site up to a whole bunch of spam, but I suppose it is worth putting up with this evil to enjoy the gems.

I get really frustrated by the lack of things going on in Birmingham and it always seems to be really obvious when I go to other places or even look at the gig listings for other areas. So whats going on? Am I missing the good stuff, or is it genuinely under subcribed for good live music / events in and around the second city? I am particularly interested in electronic / electronica happenings with the odd bit of noise thrown in for good measure. So if you know of any good things going on please get in touch and I will help spread the word.
